While in the short term it certainly cost more than repainting, for almost everyone it will last as long as you own your home (& thru resale) - you never redo it or repaint it again - making it more cost effective. It comes with the removal of existing damage and complete restoration of your exterior walls - not just typically inadequate patching. It comes with a new texture of your choice, enhancing the appearance of your home in a way second to none.

The selection of colors and textures will please the most discriminating.

Our Process

We trench around the perimeter of the house;

Mask all doors, windows etc.;

Sandblast all stucco wall to remove all paint and loose wall - never just a hydra-blast;

Instal windows and doors ordered;

We thoroughly audit the exterior for damage and replace damaged wood, sills, fascia etc.(not including the roof), and prepare the remain wood for painting by scraping and sanding as needed;

Patch and repair all cracked, damaged or deteriorated stucco surfaces;

ReStucco in color of your choice;

Apply a texture cote of your choice;

Seal around the base;

Our artisans are particularly skilled at producing a long-lasting beautiful and even texture that you're sure to love!!
